There is no transaction number, since the payment has not yet been sent.
We are doing our best to make things work, but as it turns out, Skrill has made some banking changes which have caused issues. We have been sending wire payments to them to upload funds, and Skrill's bank has rejected the transactions due to a new policy change. We are now required to send the payments to a different Skrill bank, but the processing time at that branch is longer. Working with Skrill has become increasingly difficult, and we understand your frustration.
Our Accounting Department is very confident that we will be able to send all outstanding payments to Skrill accounts by the end of this week, and we expect future payments to go out without any major delay.
