Произошла SR-LE продажа, автоматическая деактивация файла на стоке и письмо:
This is an automated notification informing you that one of your files has been sold under theSelltherights license.
Note that you have maximum 72 hours for removing this image from all mediums that you may have it available for sale.
This includes but is not limited to: stock agencies, personal websites, exhibitions. The file has already been disabled from our site.
В Terms & Conditions по SR-LE лицензии написано:
SelltheRights (SR-EL):
This license represents a full ownership of the downloaded image. The buyer can use it exclusively (exclusivity applies from the moment that the file was downloaded using this license; buyer must take into account potential past downloads made for the image and choose it accordingly or investigate further via support), and include it in any type of design with just a few restrictions: sensitive subjects may still apply and the buyer may not claim that the file was created by him nor resell it as a photo.The agency will disable the image immediately after the buyer acquired this license. The photographer is required to disable the file permanently from all other places where he may sell it, as soon as possible after the sale occurred, but no longer than 72 hours. This license grants the buyer exclusivity so the photographer needs to keep in mind that an exclusive image is represented by concepts, models, wardrobe, and subject matter which provide a unique creative message and small variations in the image (variations in camera angle, model posture or gesture, for example) do not enable other files as being different. All such variations rendering the images very similar in concept and message to the one sold under SR-EL should be removed from sale as well.The photographer acknowledge and agrees to provide the buyer with full ownership for the file retrieved using the SR-EL license.

тут везде про удаление отовсюду в течение 72 часов как самой картинки, так и ее близких вариаций.
Выделенная жирным фраза мною переведена как: удалить отовсюду , в том числе и выставок, фотобанков... и не только..

Ну если так перевести да, а если дословно то:
This includes but is not limited to - Это включает, но не ограничивает
в феврале купили фото за 2,97, потом прислали письмо "Due to reasons which are beyond our control, we are sorry to let you know that $2.97 have been removed from your earnings as result of a refund for file IDs 83436214."
Дальше там возможные причины возврата и тд. А сумма так и висит, хотя уже 2 недели прошло. Это что значит? Ее потом спишут или это глюк?
Закрыть аккаунт автора можно только через саппорт?
Можно ли потом открыть аккаунт от того же имени (Tax форма не была заполнена и соответственно паспорт не был отправлен)?
Недавно зарегистрировался на DT, хочу залить сюда своё портфолио из более 500 фото. Не понимаю как аттрибутировать одинаковые ключи и названия сразу на несколько фото, могу только выбрать лицензию фото (коммерческую или эдиториал) и аттрибутировать одно фото за раз. Или тут только по одному изображению? O_O
И как они относятся к хорошего качества симилярам (приёмка на Лии и Шаттере 95%-100%)?
