Обсуждаем инспекторские отказы на IS

Всем привет! За мою картинку сделанную в photoshop прислали вот такое сообщение:
We regret to inform you that we cannot accept your submission, entitled Background... ( http://www1.istockphoto.com/file_thu...background.jpg) for addition to the iStockphoto library for the following reasons:

++Very nice work. However, we accept those as vectors and not as rasters, as they become much more versatile for designers. Do submit as an eps, as an editable illustration … and thanks for your understanding. ++

Может кто-нибудь пробовал спорить с ними по таким вопросам и есть ли смысл? Или отказ справедливый? Поделитесь опытом плз

По-моему, отказ справедливый. Во-первых, их скорее всего смутил дизайн футболки - изображение, которое является продуктом чужой творческой мысли. Лучше это дело стереть - просто белая футболочка останется Во-вторых, по-моему, на верхней дужке солнечных очков есть надпись (на Фотолии приближение неважное), но в этом не уверен - плохо видно. Удачи

Коллеги, подскажите, стоит ли слать на IStock фото салона авто, прокачанного автотюнингом, или это однозначно отказ по авторским правам? Может и не стоит тратить трафик на это дело? Кто пробовал?

в чем я могла ошибится...цветочки баннерочки всегда принимали и даж продавали...
да и старалась....не халтурила....
