We have inquired with our Finance Department and they have informed us that your payment is currently being held because there are a number of fraudulent transactions registered on your account, that need to be purged. Our team is currently in the process of collecting the necessary information to remove these fraudulent transactions, and for this reason we have held your payment. They have suggested you either wait for this process to be complete, or that we offer to release your payment ASAP, but let you know that you may see a decrease of your available balance in the coming days, when the investigation is complete. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed.
