Всем привет!
А у меня вообще заморозили счет 03 июня.
Пишут присылайте все документы сканы - в связи с безопасностью.
Все что смогли отправили, но никакого ответа не получили.
Кто с таким сталкивался? Как долго времени ждать разблокировку?
Текст письма:
"We thank you for choosing Moneybookers as your payment processor.
Please read this email carefully as it contains instructions on how to become a fully verified customer.
Your account with us has been temporary limited. This is because as a FSA regulated non-banking financial institution, it is part of our obligations to confirm your identity and other personal details. Further to this, we hereby kindly ask you to send us a copy of the following documentation and information:
- A valid official identification document in colour, such as your international passport, national identity card or drivers licence; Please provide copies of the front and back side of the document, or double page of your passport.
- Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, paper based and received at the registered postal address during the past three months.
- Your Incorporation Certificate or Business Licence
- Any related URL’s, E bay ID, business explanation and Shareholder details
Please also answer the following questions:
1) What is the purpose of your usage with Moneybookers?
For Example: Business or Personal Use (provide as detailed an explanation as possible)
2) What activities do you pursue with your Moneybookers account?
For Example: Gambling, Playing Skill Games or any other activities
3) What is your relation to the other private account holders you have been exchanging money with?
To submit the documents, please login to your Moneybookers account and go to:
Contact > Support Centre > Account/Security > You have requested information and/or documents from me.
