Здравствуйте! Такой вопрос: я одно время ошибся с аккаунтом, указал в качестве вывода денег не maneybookers, а paypal, хотя у меня его не было, и первые деньги ушли в пустоту. Сейчас, спустя четыре месяца, пришло письмо от шаттерстока:

Your payment was returned because it was not claimed by the recipient for 30 days. Here are some possible reasons that the payment was not accepted: The payment was sent to the wrong email address. The recipient didn't accept the payment, or the recipient's PayPal account is not confirmed. Contact the recipient to confirm you have the correct email address.
In order for us to reissue your payment to your Moneybookers/Skrill account, please provide us with written or visual proof from Moneybookers/Skrill for your account:
amplionus@gmail.com, that it is ACTIVE, VERIFIED, and able to RECEIVE payments. Once payments are generated, they cannot be returned back to your Shutterstock balance and they must be reissued via our payment processes.
