У меня проблемы с аттрибутированием на БС начались с 20-х чисел декабря 18 г. Сток до осени продавал нормально, поэтому терять его жаль. Написала в техподдержку. Через неделю получила такой ответ:

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and would be glad to assist you with that.
It sounds as if you have not saved your changes correctly or have not added all required metadata. Here are suggestions for you to follow when you Upload and then Submit content:
ALL CONTENT
-Submit smaller batches of images at a time, often larger batches can get ‘stuck’ and technical issues are more likely to occur.
-You can ’Select All’ to enter the same Title and Keywords for groups of images but it is very important that you click ‘Save changes’ BEFORE you try to submit.
[NOTE: We strongly suggest that you edit/modify each image individually in the Edit and Submit content editor with only metadata that is relevant to that particular image and be sure to click ‘Save changes’ each time.
-Make sure you are completing each tab in the Edit & Submit area and see the 'Data Complete' checkmark in each area where you have entered data (Examples: Title, Keywords, Category).
If you have entered the metadata correctly and completely, you should see the 'save and submit' button for individual images, or, the 'Submit selected for approval' from the main Edit & Submit Images page.
EDITORIAL CONTENT
When submitting Editorial content there are two issues that may be causing a glitch when you try to submit this content:
* Specific punctuation marks. Please try removing any apostrophes (‘) and quotes (“) in the caption/titles. Other types of punctuation including dashes, commas, colons, and periods ( - , : . ) are all OK to include.
* Changes not saved when selecting multiple images before adding specific metadata, Editorial Category PLUS the Editorial Designation, during the submit process.

Но, увы, ничего не помогло. Никакие save и т.д и т.п. Буду писать Субхадиму снова.
Как у всех с аттрибутированием? Помогает ли Стоксабмитер, как писали выше? (однако не покупать же СС только ради БС?) Может, это какая локальная проблема? Пробовала аттрибутировать и через vpn - тот же результат. Сохраняет категории и релизы, а ключевики и описание исчезают, файл возвращается в меню "edit".
