【submission requirements】
<for all file extensions>
-File name consist only of alphabets(case-sensitive), numbers, and following symbols: !, -, _, ’,
$, #, (, ), +, & and %.
-Use the same file name for your images in any file extension (such as EPS, PNG and JPEG),
and upload them into the same folder.
-If you use IPTC for metadata, please add your metadata in JPEG.
<for Vector file>
-EPS file must be Adobe Illustrator 8.0〜10.0 compatible.
-EPS file size must be less than 15MB.
-Stray points, open shapes, locked layers, hidden layers and any unnecessary objects should
not be left in your files.
-Convert all fonts to outlines.
-Any image containing raster images or linked raster files is not acceptable.
-Vectorized photograph is not acceptable.
-Avoid using spot color.
-When you submit EPS files, please submit PNG or/and JPEG files as well.
* We can not accept EPS files without PNG or/and JPEG files.
-Open your files again before submitting, and make sure there is no flaws in data.
-Open pass and rough shaped object must be checked in enlarged display to fix before
submitting.
-You can add EPS or PNG version to JPEG version in store already. If you want to add same
EPS or PNG version with JPEG version in store already, please submit them under the same
file’s name of JPEG.
<for PNG or/and JPEG file>
-PNG file must be with alpha-channel transparency.
-PNG or JPEG files need to be 8000px and over in total of lengthwise and crosswise to sell
them in XL Size on PIXTA.
【How to submit your files】
1. Please create a new folder and named the date of that time (year.month.day).
ex) If you would upload your images on July 25.
→ folder name : 2012.07.25 or 2012July25
2. If you would submit both photo and illustration, please create 2 more folders
named "photo"/"illustration" in the folder named the date of that time, and upload
your EPS files, PNG files and JPEG files into the folder named “illustration”.
3. When you finish uploading your images, please e-mail us with following information.
Then we will start to check them.
