Are you asking if we have stopped accepting drives and DVDs forever? If so, I don't have an answer to give on that right now. We might offer those options in the future but right now we are trying to make everything more "self serve".

заполнила и отправила им налоговую форму на что получила ответ:
''I received your W8-BEN earlier today and it has been added to your account. You have been marked as payable at the 30% rate.'' пишут что я буду должна платить 30% с американских продаж...что за ерунда? Россия 0% в их таблице код 12(1) как я и заполнила...кто-то сталкивался с такой ерундой?
ответили:

...у них какие-то свои правила))))

If you do not have a US Tax ID you will pay 30% on orders placed by US customers or you can get a US Tax ID by using form W7 (we link to it at the above URL)."...требуют иметь US Tax ID (ITIN) без него форма W8BEN у них не прокатывает как на всех нормальных американских стоках...или они какие-то особенные или или это я дура???)
