Update your payment method by 13 January 2025
Hi Creator,
We're writing to let you know about an important update to your payout settings that needs your attention. Due to new requirements from our payout provider, an update to your payment settings will be needed to ensure uninterrupted payment processing.
What is changing?
Starting from 3 January 2025, we will no longer be able to make payouts to local USD virtual accounts in your region. To ensure you continue receiving payouts without disruption, we kindly ask you to update your preferred payout method to a local payment option by 13 January 2025.
How to update your payment method
You can easily update your payment method in your Canva account.

Log into your Canva account.

Go to Settings, then Payments, followed by the Details tab.

Update your payout currency to your local currency.

Provide your local payment information.
If your local payout information is not updated by 13 January 2025, you will not receive your January Creator payment, or subsequent payments, until the update is made. Once updated, payments will resume on the next scheduled payment date.
Any outstanding earnings that were previously unpaid will be disbursed together once you have fulfilled all payment requirements.For additional instructions, please refer to this Help Center Article.
