Content submissions are reviewed throughout the entire week. It is typical to take 3-5 business days for content to be reviewed. However, during times of increased submissions traffic, the reviewing process time may take up to 7-10 days. In most cases where the review takes over 10 days a group of images is likely selected for a more thorough review because a reviewer had a specific policy or judgment question or there was a question that our team extended to the contributor. Being put into a more thorough review doesn't indicate that there's any suspicion of wrongdoing. It can mean that a reviewer has asked for a more authoritative judgment or answer before choosing to accept or reject a group of images, or that the team is following standard policies and procedures related to ensuring the integrity of the collection (both of which are a good thing). Those procedures are in place to ultimately protect you and your images as a contributor, as well as protect our customers.
We understand that timely delivery is important to earnings and completely understand the frustration you might have when there are delays, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work towards decreasing the review time. Note: Do not delete and resubmit without our consent as this will place your new batch at the end of the review queue which will only delay review further.

Дятлы! Уже прошло и 3, и 5 ,и 10, и 20 дней! Нам не нужно объяснять дважды! Они реально думают, что шлем письма не по одному разу даже после ответа, потому что не понимаем. Ваще за баранов держат. Явно мутят. Хотят и рыбку съесть и не подавиться. Понятное дело, что бизнес и от нас мало чего зависит, потому что авторов хоть пруд пруди. Но ведь можно было поставить у себя в новостях, что так и так-то, приемка задерживается. А то держат в неведении. Причем вопросов еще больше вызывает, почему проверка идет избирательно.

Вот и бесит больше всего информационная блокада, я бы спокойно отнесся если бы все объяснили, а так нас просто держат за быдло которое никуда не денется.

а какого плана вы пишите им сообщения, может у вас недопонимание?, ну нельзя же так тупить серьезной фирме)
чес слово прям как с почтой у друга была история когда письмо отправили обратно спустя 6 дней, а не его вопрос какого фига ответили что мы держим письма только 7 дней потом отправляем) и там 5 раз.
Посмотрим я тоже написал им сообщение, по другому вопросу мне мужик вроде помог, и одобрил фотки чтобы я еще раз залил, но вот незадача тут глюк с приемкой и они тоже в него попали)
