"Dear Creator,
We have an agreement in place with VEGAP (Visual Entity of Management of Plastic Artists), a Spanish collective management organization for intellectual property rights that represents visual creators in Spain. Among its activities VEGAP also manages private copying compensation, a fair remuneration to which visual creators are entitled under Spanish Intellectual Property Law (“LPI”), offsetting the impact of private, non-commercial reproductions of their works.
Pursuant to the agreement between us and VEGAP, we are now able to claim and collect the private copying compensation payable in relation to the end works produced by our customers which contain your Accepted Content. For us to be able to redistribute the compensation they have paid to us for your content or may allocate to you in the future, we need you to sign the attached authorization form. Please note we will retain from such compensation an amount equal to the percentages agreed under our existing arrangements for the distribution and licensing of your Content.
Please e-sign and complete the document in DocuSign no later than October 9, 2025. Remember, completing this form will create an opportunity to be paid additional royalties.
