Пару лет туда ничего не лил. Деньги с элементс вроде приходили какие-то. Начался спад и подумал подлить туда фоточек, не жалко. Вроде все сделал по инструкции.
Но все время неправильный логин пароль и тотал командере и файлзиле и на микростокплюс. Уже и не знаю что делать.
Пришло письмо от Энвато и это пожалуй лучшее письмо касаемо текущей ситуации, с которого нужно брать пример другим компаниям. Реальная помощь украинским авторам, уважительное отношение ко всем авторам, нет поспешных решений.
В кратце: единовременная помощь, гарантированная "зарплата" на несколько месяцев, сохранение бонусов елементов без загрузки.
Так же разделение государства и людей, подчеркнутая ценность авторов, обещание внимательного рассмотрения санкционных требований без поспешных блокировок и т.д.
Кто нибудь понял сегодняшнее пистмо от Энвато? Они написали, что выводить на российские финансовые институты не будут. К примеру пейпал. Но на те, что за границей, будут.
Пионер же вроде за границей? И в одном месте они пишут, что пионер с русскими реквизитами не прокатит, а с американским счётом подойдёт.
Я запуталась. Они какой счёт имеют ввиду? Конечный или американский счёт самого пионера, промежуточный... Разве они знают, куда с этого американского счета пионер отправит деньги? И разве бывает пионер с российским счётом?

Important: Changes to Envato Payouts
Hi tristana,
Due to the escalating conflict in Ukraine, Envato has made the very difficult decision to pause payouts to all financial institutions located in Russia, irrespective of the institution’s sanction status. This change will come into effect on the 26th March 2022.
What does this mean?
If your financial institution is located in Russia, we will be unable to facilitate your upcoming April payout and any future payout(s) due to your payout destination. Any unpaid funds will be returned to your Envato earnings balance.
This does not mean that your portfolio will be removed or that you cannot continue to earn.
If your recent March payout was impacted due to PayPal or SWIFT, please check your emails as we have further information to share.
What can you do?
As of 26th March 2022, this restriction only applies to financial institutions located in Russia.
Payouts may still be completed to non-sanctioned financial institutions outside of Russia. Please note that the payout destination must be in your own name to avoid the risk of your payout being rejected by your bank during processing.
We know that this will be difficult news for you and we truly empathize with your situation. We greatly value the creativity and passion each of you brings to Envato. However we have needed to take these painful decisions in response to the rapidly evolving situation.
FAQs
What will happen to my future payouts?
SWIFT - Payouts to financial insitutions located in Russia will be rejected prior to the 15th of the month and the funds will be returned to your Envato earnings balance.
PAYPAL - Payouts to PayPal accounts that are located in Russia will be rejected on the 15th/16th and the funds will be returned to your Envato earnings balance.
PAYONEER - Payouts to authors with country billing details set to Russia will be canceled by Envato prior to the 15/16th and the funds will be returned to your Envato earnings balance.
Can I still get paid by Payoneer if my linked account is to a financial institution located outside of Russia?
Yes, you will need to contact Support to advise us no later than the 10th of the month so that we can allow your payment to proceed.
Can I pay to a friend/family members bank/PayPal/Payoneer account?
Envato’s policy is that the payout destination must be in your own name. Otherwise you run the risk of your payout being rejected by the payment providers or bank during processing.
Can I permanently transfer/sell my Envato account to someone else?
You may transfer or sell your Envato account if you meet certain criteria. Please submit a support request for more information.
Can I temporarily allow someone else to operate my account?
Sharing your Envato login details with another party is in breach of our member terms. We strongly recommend that you do not allow another person to access or transact on your account as you will be financially and legally liable for any actions taken.
Can I add an international payout destination?
Yes, you can nominate a payout destination to a bank located outside of Russia. The account must be in your own name to avoid the risk of your payout being rejected by your bank during processing. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any local laws applicable to you and your payout destination.
Can I stop payouts indefinitely?
Yes, we can remove the payout details listed on your Envato account which means that no future payouts will be generated. To start receiving payouts again, please enter a new payout account via your Settings menu, before the last day of the current month.

Судя по тексту, они готовы делать выплаты только на аккаунты пэйпал и пайонир, к которым привязаны счета не российских банков. Вопрос тогда действительно в том, как они собираются это определять? И не является ли это звоночком к тому, что такую схему планируют применить сами платежные системы?
Ну и второй вопрос - есть ли у кого опыт открытия счета в иностранном банке в нынешних реалиях и существуют ли возможности перевода оттуда на российский счет?
Вопрос тогда действительно в том, как они собираются это определять?
я из этого полотенца поняла еще и то, что они по умолчанию всем русским закроют выплаты, но, если у тебя есть пионер с иностранными счетами, ты можешь написать в поддержку до 10 числа, предоставить эти реквизиты и тогда вывод разблокируют .
видимо так и будут определять..
иначе это прям загадка века. Вот вечно Энвато все так запутает, что без стакана не разберешься.
Further to our email earlier today announcing changes to future payouts, we are contacting you to provide an alternative option for your March 2022 payout that was previously unsuccessful.
As you had SWIFT or PayPal set as your payout account, we were unable to complete your March payout due to payment providers ceasing operations and/or blocking payments from entering the payment chain.
As of today, 17th March 2022, Payoneer is still able to facilitate payments to non-sanctioned banks.
What does this mean?
If you have an existing Payoneer account that is linked to a non-sanctioned bank, we can reattempt your March 2022 payout.
What do you need to do?
Update your payout destination to your Payoneer account and ensure that your linked bank account is to a non-sanctioned bank, no later than 21st March 2022 5pm ADST.
Please note, Payoneer is not accepting new registrations for customers who reside in Russia.
We understand that this is an incredibly difficult time for everyone affected by this crisis and we are hopeful that peace will prevail soon.

Письмо 2: "Если у вас есть существующая учетная запись Payoneer, привязанная к банку, не подвергшемуся санкциям, мы можем повторно активировать вывод вашу выплату в марте 2022 года.
Сами уже запутались. Понятно только то, что выводить не будут...

Второе письмо касаемо мартовских выплат, а далее судя по всему только на иностранный счет
