http://www.microstock.ru/forum/showt...B# post217103 пост 27), и в описании файла это указал. Файл из пендинга был отправлен в пендинг екзекут, потом пришло письмо:

Через перу дней когда пришла очередь проверки акаунт заблокировали прислали следуючее:

The administration team at iStockphoto has locked your account privileges. Comments from iStockphoto Administrators (if any):
Your account is currently under investigation. You will be contacted shortly with further details.
If you would like to discuss this with client relations, please email
Через пару дней следуючее:
Good morning,
It has come to our attention that you have submitted works containing elements to which you do not appear to be the copyright holder. Attached to this notice is a JPG reference to help explain our findings.
According to the Artist Supply Agreement, you represented to iStockphoto that you own all rights to the images you submitted, including copyright.
Misrepresenting ownership is grounds for immediate termination therefore this shall serve as formal notice of your account closure.
We would, however like to receive your comments on the matter. Kindly provide additional details to us at your first opportunity.

Вы правы, я использовал карту mac daddy в этой иллюстрации. Использовал, думая что можно использовать указав в описании место откуда она загружена, что я и сделал.
Я неверно трактовал правила относительно использования карт, извиняюсь за свое невежество, и сожалею за то, что нарушил авторские права. Урок усвоил и заверяю вас этого больше не повторится.
В этом деле я недавно, и очень его полюбил. Прошу дать мне еще один шанс, готов понести наказание за свою ошибку.

You are right, I used a world map mac daddy in this illustration. Used, thinking that it is possible to use having specified in the description a place whence it it is loaded, that I and have made.
I incorrectly treated rules concerning use of maps, I apologize for the ignorance, and I regret that has disturb copyrights. The lesson has acquired and I assure you of it won't repeat any more.
In this business I recently, and very much have fallen in love with it. I ask to give me one more chance, it is ready to be punished for the error.

Жду ответа. Почитав вчера Юрия Христича с Заставкина я так понимаю ответа о блокировки. Жаль конечно, Айс многому научил пока екзамен сдавал. Но теперь твердо знаю что можно, а что нет.
Вот собственно и илюстрация (хорошо что на шатере не приняли, написали что очень много на сайте)
