Upload a release or matte
To attach a file, you upload the file to a special directory in the top directory/root on the ftp server. For release agreements this directory should be named release and for matte it should be named matte.
The release must be at least 5KB in size and of formats: "jpeg", "gif", "png", "pdf", "jpeg", "doc", "tif".
After you've uploaded the attachments, they will hover in your ftp folder for typically 2-10 minutes depending on the ftp server load.
After that, the server software uploads the file to a file server and when done it tells Pond5 main database about it.
Now the file is ready to be attached.
Attach a release or matte
On the Uploads page, make sure the right most checkbox is checked for all clips you want to attach a file to. It may be a good idea to click the Select none button before you do this so you're sure no unwanted clips get the attachment.
Scroll to the bottom of the page. In the "for all selected clips"-dropdown, choose "Attach release" or "Attach matte". A dropdown should appear below and after a short time (usually < 1s) it should be populated with the release of matte files.
Choose which file you want to attach and click Execute.
For CSV, there is also a Release column option
