написал в суппорт почему не добавили реферала.......и мне пришел ответ следующего содержания:

As an affiliate, you can direct new customers or contributors to Shutterstock
through your custom referral link on your site. When your site's visitors
click on this link, a 30-day cookie, which includes your referrer ID, will be
stored by their Internet browser. If they register on the Shutterstock site
within 30 days—even for a free browse account—your referral ID will be
associated with their account.
If your referral link is not clicked, or your name or referral number are
entered in the “How did you hear” field in lieu of your link being clicked, or
for example your referred subscriber has already established an account
previously, or their cookie was expired, a referral cannot be established with
your account.
Unfortunately, we are not able to control many of the steps along the way to
registering a referral. We are therefore not able to add referral information
manually, or after the referred person has registered and completed a purchase
with Shutterstock.
For future referrals, please send your personal link to your friends for use
within 30 days. Your personal link can be found at:
