Использование работ в платном приложении

Здравствуйте, коллеги!
Мне написал человек с просьбой продать мои иллюстрации для их платного приложения, в котором пользователи могут использовать мои работы по своему усмотрению.
Лицензия на Creative Market его не устраивает, и он предлагает подписать его лицензион. соглашение и заплатить цену равную расширенной лицензии на мой продукт на CM.
Вот текст соглашения:
This license gives *** permission to use your content, ****
(https:// crmrkt.com/***) (the “Content”) in our mobile application/s (the “App”).
The “App” enables its users to put text and content on static or moving images or on a blank background and style that image or background with your Content. Your Content may be included in: (i) the initial purchase/ download of the App; (ii) for individual
purchase/ download within the App; (iii) as part of a subscription service/ download within the App; or (iv) as a part of a bundle of additional content and/or content for purchase/ download within the App. You understand and agree that the users of the
App may use what they make with your Content in any way they see fit for personal and commercial use except when your Content is used to create end products for sale where lifetime sales of the end product for sale exceeds 400 units.
The Content may also appear in various promotional material that “App” uses to advertise and display the App.
You represent, warrant and acknowledge that: (i) you are the original creator of the Content; (ii) you have the right, power and consent to grant the license to “App” as described in this agreement; (iii) the Content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights, other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; and (iv) the Content does not violate any law, statute or regulation.
The files containing the Content are either incorporated/embedded into the App and/or made available from a server, but we do not distribute the source file for the Content, i.e. the PSD, TIFF, OTF, JPG or the PNG files. As with any digital content, it is possible that someone could “hack” our App and illegally gain access to the content files themselves. You understand and agree not to hold us liable for damages arising out of, but not limited to, any such illegal activity and we agree to take all reasonable precautions to ensure this does not happen.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless “App” for any claims, suits, damages, actions, or other costs arising out any breach warranties set forth in this agreement.
You agree to grant “App” a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable right and license to upload, adapt, publish, modify, reproduce, copy, exhibit, publicly display, create derivative works of, distribute, sell,
advertise, and otherwise use the Content, and the right to incorporate all or any portion of the Content in the App in any form.
This agreement will begin on 21/03/2017, and will continue IN PERPETUITY. In exchange for your agreement to this license, “App” will pay you, against delivery of the Content, a $*** ONE TIME ALL-INCLUSIVE FEE (inclusive of, but not limited to, any
value added tax or other taxes, to the extent applicable) for the Content, into a bank account or PayPal account nominated by you in writing to “App”.
This Agreement constitutes the sole record of the agreement between yourself and “App” regarding the license of the Content and neither of us will be bound by any express or implied term, representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded in this agreement. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written, between ourselves regarding the license
of the Content.
Что-то мне совсем не нравится это соглашение, вроде как слишком много хотят по цене расширенной лицензии.
Или я не права?
Прошу совета, как поступить в данном случае. Заранее благодарна всем за ответы.
