А что такое Fotolia customer support ticket и где его искать, если я покупателем не являюсь? Я чего-то не понял, причем тут поддержка покупателей?
Изначально я обратилась в категории "технический вопрос", меня послали туда же, куда и вас и закрыли тикет. Не найдя адреса, я написала опять техникам, сослалась на закрытый уже тикет и подтвердила свою просьбу об удалении портфолио, обещали удалить.
Думаю, это очередная попытка увильнуть, ничего больше.
Можно через айсовскую почту сразу всем друзьям отправить сообщение

Вроде через ривер или айсток легче всего связываться с авторами.
Я буду рассылать через айсток. Предлагаю каждому рассылать тем авторам, чья специфика работ соответствует вашей. Я рисую инфографики - буду слать инфографистам, в первую очередь самым крутым.
Может как вариант пробовать связаться с администрациями других фотобанков для централизованной рассылки от их лица?
Они заинтересованы в этом не меньше нашего.

Написал Фотолии о своём протесте по поводу dollarphotoclub.com. Получил ответ. Выкладываю его сюда, может кому-то будет интересно. И так как в английском не особо силен, хотел спросить, где они врут и готовы ли они идти на наши уступки (то есть: 1) В безусловном порядке отозвать все работы из проекта dollarphotoclub.com
2) Добавить в настройки аккаунтов на Fotolia.com пункт о согласии участвовать в проекте dollarphotoclub.com, который по умолчанию должен быть оставлен в состоянии "Не согласен"
3) Привести лицензию проекта dollarphotoclub.com к стандартной лицензии Fotolia.com и убрать планы подписки стоимостью ниже 99 USD)?

First, I would like to say how much we appreciate your work and our collaboration.
With regards to our latest project "Dollar Photo Club", this is a slightly new business model, basically just a new subscription model. The project’s aim is to improve our contributors’ exposure and sales.
Our contributors are extremely important to us and under no circumstances we will jeopardize our relationship with them. We share a common interest and goal with you!
Dollar Photo Club is not aiming for one-time image purchases, on the contrary, it is aimed at serious buyers who need large numbers of images and need them often.
"Dollar Photo Club" membership is limited and is set up in such way that we can hand pick the customers best fitting our business model. The project is monitored daily, so every membership request from a potential customer is treated as a separate order. Only requests from serious buyers are considered and validated.
With this new model we are selling more subscriptions and making sure clients will return to us for future transactions.
Dollar Photo Club offers more exposure, distribution and the possibility to increase your revenue.
Dollar Photo Club is based on the Fotolia commission programme, so your royalties will stay the same, but your revenue will grow. Every image downloaded at Dollar Photo Club is paid to the artist through Fotolia immediately.
For now the licence sold via Dollar Photo Club is a Standard license and will be limited to 500,000 copies, just like on Fotolia. Members that need Extended licenses are referred to Fotolia to purchase them. Soon an Extended License will be made available to Dollar Photo Club members at rates similar to those at Fotolia.
Furthermore, I would like to point out that the "Dollar Photo Club" subscription rate at $1 per image is not the lowest one in the stock market today. Daily subscriptions on competing agencies offer images from $0,33 per image, which is much lower than the price at "Dollar Photo Club".
Dollar Photo Club membership actually is more beneficial to the contributors than traditional subscriptions. With a traditional subscription, unused downloads expire as soon as the subscription expires. As a result, no further commission is paid. At Dollar Photo Club, members can use their unused downloads even after they cancel their subscription. As a result, a higher percentage of money spent goes to the photographer than normally. We’ve been seeing some great results on the markets where Dollar Photo Club exists for some time and are expecting to have even better results in the very near future.
Our goal is to double your revenue with Fotolia and Dollar Photo Club in next 3 years, with the aim that in next 12 months you will see a 20% growth in sales. We kindly ask for your patience and trust.
If your revenue does not grow during the next 12 months, we will be glad to discuss again and find a solution. But we are certain it will.
Fotolia cares very much for its photographers and respects your opinions and feedback. Your concerns about being in Dollar Photo Club have been heard and soon an option for contributors to choose will be made available to all Fotolia contributors. In the meantime if you do not want your images sold through Dollar Photo Club send your request via a Fotolia customer support ticket and you will be manually removed. Your new works will not appear on Dollar Photo Club.
As I mentioned before our contributors are very important to us and we do our very best that they will get the highest earnings possible in the current market situation.
