Veer was recently hit with large credit card fraud orders affecting multiple contributors. Unfortunately, if the fraudulent customer has all the correct billing data (address, CVC code, etc.), it is impossible for us to catch that in real-time. It is only after the original victim contacts his credit card company and they contact us, cancelling the card and the transaction, that we become aware and can cancel the order.
Our apologies for the impact this has made on your contributor account in particular, unfortunately we are not able to payout royalties for a cancelled order.
