My sincere apologies for the delayed response.
Your October royalty payment has been returned to us by PayPal. As a result, we have placed your account on payment hold, preventing further payments from being issued until this matter has been resolved.
To resolve the issue, you may:
1.) Update your payment method to one of the three options powered by our preferred partner, Payoneer. These options include: check, bank transfer, and prepaid MasterCard.
Or
2.) Log in to your PayPal account to check your Resolution Center for pending issues. If no issues are present, you may reach out to PayPal directly to confirm that your account is able to receive payments at this time. When contacting PayPal, please clarify that the attempted payment was made by "Mass Pay" so they can properly locate the record.
When either of these steps has been completed, please contact us so we can remove the payment hold on your account and arrange for your payment to be reissued. Notification must be received by SUNDAY NOVEMBER 22nd to ensure payments are processed during the next regularly scheduled payout.
