We regret to inform you that due to ongoing issues with Skrill payment gateway, there may be problems with payments issued through Skrill for the upcoming payout (15th - 17th April). Investigations into the matter are already underway but at this moment, we do not know if it can be resolved in time for this month's payout.
As a safety measure, we would like to request for you to provide us with alternative payment details (either Paypal or Payoneer) so that we can still issue your payment to you.
Kindly note that we do not require that you change your payment details in your account for now. All you need to do is reply this email with the details below by 12th April 2017:

Payment Method: Paypal / Payoneer
Payment Threshold: $50 / $100 / $200 / $300 / $500
Payment Email:
If you are unable to receive payment via Paypal or Payoneer, and the issue with Skrill is not resolved, your earnings balance will be carried forward to the next month.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Rest assured your earnings matter to us, and we are doing all we can to reach a resolution as quickly as possible.
