Мне пришло вот такое письмо из шуттера:


Pursuant to Paragraph 11 c of Shutterstock's Submitter Terms & Conditions, when you became a Shutterstock submitter you warranted and represented that: "the Submitted Content and all parts thereof are owned and/or controlled by you, unencumbered and original works and are capable of copyright protection in all countries where copyright or similar protection is available”.

You are submitting images that are directly linked back to a disabled Shutterstock account. Based upon this association and our investigation, we have determined that you made a material misrepresentation to Shutterstock.

As a result of the foregoing, your Shutterstock and Bigstock accounts have been terminated. You may not open up a new account. Consider this matter closed.

Paragraph 4 of the Submitter Terms & Conditions gives Shutterstock the right to terminate any existing account " . . . for fraud, intellectual property infringement, violation of a third party's rights including those of privacy or publicity, artificially inflating downloads, submission of material that is obscene in nature, violent or that might be construed as defamatory, failure to comply with Shutterstock's guidelines as may be amended from time to time, or for any breach of the terms of this or any other agreement that you have with Shutterstock."

As Bigstock is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shutterstock Images, LLC, your Bigstock portfolio has also been terminated. Bigstock Terms of Service you agreed to when you became a submitter at Bigstock include:

In accordance with Section 7 a. 'Contributor Warranties and Responsibilities' states that the 'Contributor warrants and represents that: Contributor is the owner of all rights, including the copyrights, in and to the uploaded Images.'

Section 9 a. 'Control of Operations' states 'Bigstock, in its sole discretion,
may remove any content uploaded to the Website including that appearing to infringe the intellectual property rights of other entities.'

Section 6 b. 'Compensation' states, "...or by breaching any terms of this
Agreement or any other agreement with Bigstock, Contributor's accrued earnings may be forfeited in the discretion of Bigstock."


Я думаю по такой причине:
Я имел основной аккоунт на шуттере с фотками, но когда было время начал делать векторы (100% мои и ни чего я не у кого не брал - то есть не воровал чужое) и сделал другой аккоунт на мою жену, специально что-бы скидывать векторы. Но почему то долго меня не хотели там принимать, и я решил закрыть тот аккоунт на который хотел скидывать векторы, - и закрыл, а векторы просто так не хотел удалять и решил закинуть на основной аккоунт(там где фотки), но после 11 дневной проверки я обнаружил письмо что я привел сверху, и посли этого я никак не мог зайти на мою страницу. Два дня пишу в саппорт и ни разу не ответили, даже звонил на номер +1-646-419-4452 отвечает только робот.
Помогите мне решить эту проблему так как шуттер давал 75% заработка и сейчас уже второй день не знаю что делать. Фотки в шуттере ещё есть но их не можно купить пишет: This image is temporarily unavailable подскажите как лучше добиться ответа от шуттера и добиться справедливости.....
