This is a friendly reminder for contributors who may still want to fill out the form below. If you’ve already shared this information – thank you, there is nothing more you need to do. However, if you’ve not filled out the form but want to, the deadline for sharing this information is 28th February 2025.
Alamy currently works with several Collecting Societies on your behalf to claim royalty payments on secondary uses of your images. We pay you 50% of commission of the funds awarded. You may have already received payments related to the work we do with ASCRL and other Collecting Societies.
We now have the opportunity to apply for a greater share of the royalty payments, which you can benefit from by sharing your date of birth with us. This is a new administrative requirement of some of the funders, including ASCRL, who want this additional information so they can identify copyright owners more easily.

By filling out this form we will be able to claim for a larger share of the royalty payments, which we can then pass on to you.
Though we cannot guarantee the final amount paid from year to year, we still need this information to help process our claims. The data you supply will only be used in relation to our work with Collecting Societies, and not for any other purposes.
